These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Sindel Sailing, including sailing training on yachts, online courses, and advisory services. By booking and participating in our services, you agree to these terms.

 

2. Services

• Sailing Training on Yachts: Practical training programs on yachts conducted in Finland, Turkey, and other EU countries.

• Online Courses: Virtual training and educational content related to sailing.

• Advisory Services: Consultation on various sailing-related topics.

 

3. Booking and Payment

• Bookings can be made online, via email, or by phone.

• Payments are required in full upfront via credit card, wire transfer, or cash. Installments and deposits are not accepted.

 

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Online Courses: No refunds are provided. Rescheduling may be offered, subject to availability and company discretion.

• Practical Sailing Training: No refunds are provided. Rescheduling may be offered, subject to availability, weather conditions, or the political and/or economic situation of the destination country.

• The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a reschedule will be offered but not guaranteed.

 

5. Health and Safety Requirements

• Clients must notify the company of any serious health conditions' allergies or medications prior to participating in practical sailing training.

• Participation requires signing a liability waiver acknowledging the inherent risks of sailing. Clients are strongly advised to obtain personal accident insurance.

 

6. Liability Disclaimer

The company is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or other losses incurred during participation.

 

7. Data Privacy

• The company collects personal data, such as names, contact details, and payment information, solely for the purpose of delivering services.

• Personal data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or to process payments securely.

• The company uses industry-standard security measures to protect personal data. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

 

8. Dispute Resolution

• Finland: For services provided in Finland, disputes will be resolved under Finnish law in Finnish courts.

• Turkey: For services provided in Turkey:

• If the client is Turkish, disputes will be resolved under both Turkish and Finnish law.

• Other EU Countries: For services provided in other EU countries, disputes will be resolved under Finnish law unless otherwise required by local regulations.

• The company encourages resolving disputes amicably through negotiation before pursuing legal action.

 

2. Payment Terms

 

1. Payment Methods

• Accepted payment methods include credit cards, wire transfers, and cash.

• All payments must be completed in full at the time of booking.

 

2. Refunds

• Refunds are not available for any service. Rescheduling may be offered at the company’s discretion.

 

3. Payment Security

• Payment transactions are processed through secure platforms to ensure confidentiality and protection against unauthorized access.

• The company does not store payment information beyond what is required for regulatory compliance.
